Here are some things to know:
- Closing for sellers usually only takes about 30 minutes, its less paperwork.
- Morning or afternoon time slots are available. Whatever is best for you!
- Afternoon closings, typically mean funding doesn't occur until the next day, which for buyers means they may not receive keys until then.
- It's still a moving target, since it depends on the buyer's loan process (if that is their financing). Cash buyers can close faster.
- At this point in the process, you'll also receive an email from us including the types of "turbulence" that can come up and how we can navigate those bumps in the road!
