Home Selling Step 22: Closing Day!

The big day is finally here...

Congratulations, it's Closing Day!!

Closing will take place at the title company, take about 30 minutes and we'll be there, too! 

Here is what you need to know: 

• Bring your drivers license 
• If you are receiving money you can bring the blank check and have it wired OR
• The title company can hold the check and you can pick it up or send it to you 
• If you are heading out of town right after closing, and have pets or small children with you most title companies are accommodating just let us know ahead of time 
• Remember if you need to use a Power of Attorney, that needs to be set up ASAP. Preferably in advance, call the title company for specific instructions.
